Research purchasing is easier to audit when a supplier can show how a lot was made, tested, and shipped. A polished storefront does not replace a COA, a matching vial label, or a person who answers documentation requests. Institutional buyers should treat peptide vendors like other reagent vendors: specified identity, incoming inspection, and a paper trail.
A short supplier checklist
- Independent HPLC and mass-spectrometry review, not only in-house claims
- Lot numbers that appear on both the vial and the certificate
- Explicit research-use language with no implied clinical use
- Domestic fulfillment details and a reachable support channel
- Willingness to reissue records against an order number
Membership walls, informal group buys, and unlabeled vials make that checklist harder to satisfy. Biofusion Wellness is set up as an open research catalog with documented lots and U.S.-coordinated fulfillment for qualified programs.
