Refunds & Returns Policy

Biofusion Wellness supplies research-use peptide materials that must be stored and handled under controlled conditions. For that reason, orders cannot be returned once shipped.

We inspect and document products before release, but if something arrives incomplete, wrong, or visibly damaged, let us know as soon as possible. Email info@biofusionwellness.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will review the case and work with you on a fair resolution.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation by email before the order leaves our fulfillment process. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. After a shipment has been processed or handed to a carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.
