Shipping & Delivery
Biofusion Wellness ships research-use peptide materials through trusted domestic and international carriers. This page explains how orders move from payment approval to delivery.
Domestic Shipping
U.S. orders are fulfilled from our domestic logistics partners. Available service levels may include:
- Free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $200.00 or more after discounts
- USPS Priority Mail
- FedEx 2-Day (two business days)
- FedEx Overnight
- FedEx Overnight with signature required
- FedEx Saturday Delivery for eligible Friday orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time
Shipping options shown at checkout depend on order details, destination, and carrier availability. Packages are packed for discretion and stability in transit.
International Shipping
We may ship to select international destinations for qualified research buyers, subject to product availability, export requirements, and local import rules. International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and carrier route.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any clearance requirements in the destination country. Biofusion Wellness does not control customs delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates outside the U.S.

Processing & Fulfillment
Orders that are placed, approved, and paid before 6:00 PM Central Time on business days are typically processed for shipment the same day. Orders received after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, are usually processed on the next business day.
High order volume, inventory checks, or payment review may occasionally extend processing time. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you when possible.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Our online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After payment is approved, your order enters fulfillment and ships through the carrier selected at checkout.
You may check out as a guest or create an account. Account holders can view order history and saved details for faster repeat purchases. When your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking information when provided by the carrier.
Payment & Pricing
We accept major credit cards for online purchases. Product pages may show standard pricing, quantity-based tiers, and promotional discounts where applicable. For large-volume or ongoing supply inquiries, contact info@biofusionwellness.com.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
Research materials cannot be returned once shipped. If you receive the wrong item or a shipment arrives damaged, email info@biofusionwellness.com promptly with your order number. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where warranted. See our Refunds & Returns page for full details.
Privacy & Order Security
Customer and order information is used only to process transactions, fulfill shipments, and provide support. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Checkout and account data are transmitted through secure, encrypted connections.
